Founded in 2023 Big Theo LLC is a family business. Greg and his daughter Bridgid Chandler founded Big Theo LLC as a property acquisition and management company committed to running our properties with the respect and time commitment we spend with running our own homes.

While Gregory lived in the Cambridge area in the 1990s when the market was quite different, his knowledge of property acquisition and management combined with Bridgid’s experience living in the Boston area has created a team with a strong background to take on the Massachusetts property market.
